Looking for a new home?  We offer many different types of rentals, including houses, duplexes, apartments, and even mobile homes!  We offer options that many other rental companies do not, including choices on when your rent can be due, ways to pay your rent, and a multitude of ways to contact us.  We even have an online resident portal that our residents can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  On this online portal, residents can view their account, pay their rent, and even enter maintenance issues.

If you see an available home on our website, you can contact us at 330-455-HOME (4663) to set up an appointment to view the home in person to see if it meets your needs.  You can get an application at the viewing or you can download it right from this website.

An application is good for any unit we have available, so if you want to get approved before you’ve chosen a unit, you can do that.  A completed application can be mailed to us, faxed to us, dropped off at our office, or you may be able to set up an appointment to meet a contractor who can pick up your application and deliver it to our office (if availability allows).

Applications are processed in the order they are received complete.  If multiple applications are received, the first complete application turned in is first in line for the unit listed on their application (providing only one unit is listed).  If you apply for one unit and then find another that you like better, let our office know, so we can work with you on getting you a unit that will best meet your needs.  If you apply now but don’t want to move right away, applications are good for 3 months.  After this, you may need to turn in updated information such as updated proof of income.  If it has been more than 6 months, you will need to reapply.
