Welcome to Eastwood Apartments! We have Studio’s, 1 bedroom’s and 2 bedroom apartments. All apartments are ranch-style. Some units have no stairs at all while others have a few stairs leading up to the apartments. Pets OK per our pet policies.
Apt 3142B is a one bedroom apartment with one bath home. The stove and refrigerator are provided as well as washer and dryer hookups. Water, sewer, trash, and lawncare are all included in the price.

*Pet Policy*
Our standard is to allow up to 2 pets in some buildings. Each pet must pass a temperament test which will be conducted at your current residence by one of our veterinary technicians. There is a one time fee of $100. There is also an additional $25 per month pet rent. The charge is the same for one or two pets. For more complete rules please contact us.
**Reduced deposit for qualified applicants**
You must qualify for the reduced deposit. Regular deposits are equal to one month of rent.
