IN RESPONSE TO GOVERNOR DEWINE’S STAY-AT-HOME ORDER, please note the following changes through 6 April 2020:

We strongly encourage everyone to use the Resident Portal.  Directions on how to login are in the letter we just mailed out.  If you still have questions, please call the office and we can talk you through it.  Use this portal to:

1.) Pay your rent
2.) Enter maintenance work orders
3.) Check your account balance

To login, click on the link below to access your online web portal.  If you do choose to leave home, you can still drop rent or any written requests in the drop slot of the door at our office.

Emergency maintenance repairs will still be completed.  However, if anyone is sick in any way at your home, we need to know to protect everyone involved.  Expect that non-emergency maintenance will be slowed or delayed until the stay-at-home order is over.

You can still call our office.  While the office will not be open to the public, phone messages will be checked and returned.

If you have lost your job because of this pandemic and cannot pay your full rent, please contact our office to set up a payment arrangement.

While this order is in effect, please be safe and careful.  We hope that everyone in your family stays healthy.  We look forward to serving you as normal once this stay-at-home order is complete!

 


Clear Sky Realty, Inc. is dedicated to giving its residents many options when it comes to meeting your rental needs.  We have many different types of rentals, including houses, duplexes, apartments, mobile homes, storefronts, etc.  You also have options as to when your rent is due, as you can pay monthly on the 1st, monthly on the 15th, or have your rent due every other week with our Payday Payment Plan.  You also have a choice on how to pay your rent — you can mail a check or money order, pay online with debit or credit, or even set up your account to have the rent automatically withdrawn from your account.  We also offer many different ways to communicate with us, including phone, fax, email, and even an online resident portal, where you can view your account, pay rent, or even enter your own maintenance work orders.

You will need your account number and personal information if this is your first time signing up.  Look at your most recent quarterly letter from Clear Sky Realty.  Your account number is listed beside your name on that letter.  For all payments made on the Resident Web Portal:
I agree to the terms and conditions. * Please be advised that
attempted chargebacks for Non-Fraudulent transactions through
the PayLease system will be subject to criminal investigation and
these individuals will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
** E-check Transactions: In the event that the bank for the
account used above returns this transaction for Insufficient
Funds, I will be assessed a $25.00 NSF Fee from PayLease.

Thinking of adding a pet?

Some of our rentals allow pets.   You can find more information on our pet policies by visiting our pet page.  If you are a current resident and are looking to add a pet to your family, please contact us before you get a pet, so we can help you through the process and make things easier for you.

Remember, visiting pets are still pets and should not be in your rental home without authorization.  The same thing applies for outside pets.  To answer questions, we have a flier on pets as well as the information on our pet page.

A Note on the Corona Virus situation:

Dear Residents:
We hope everyone is healthy and doing well.  As the news on the Coronavirus is everywhere, we wanted to let you know that our goal is still to be able to meet your maintenance needs and requests with as few problems as possible.
However, since we must take precautions for your safety as well as for our contractors, you may be asked “if you or anyone else in your unit is showing any symptoms” (these symptoms may include fever, shortness of breath, etc.) when you call in with a maintenance issue. If you submit requests online through your resident portal, please include ‘NO SYMPTOMS’ when telling us about the issue, so we know all is clear.
If you do have any symptoms, or are on a self-quarantine, please tell us.  Unless the repair is an emergency, it may be wiser to postpone any service until you are completely healthy, as the safety of our residents and team members is a top priority.  Please follow all CDC guidelines regarding washing hands frequently, don’t touch your face, social distancing, don’t shake hands, etc. https://www.cdc.gov/ coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/ prevention.html.  Hopefully we won’t have any cases in any of our homes, but if so, let’s do our part to eliminate spreading to others, especially our elderly.
Additionally, we understand that many jobs and lives are being affected by the virus and precautions against it.  If there has been an interruption to your income based on job loss or sickness you should consider visiting the Coronavirus Unemployment site at http://jfs.ohio.gov/ouio/CoronavirusAndUI.stm.  Hopefully most of us don’t need the assistance, but if you do, it seems our government is being proactive in trying to make sure workers are taken care of until this passes.
This situation is moving very quickly, and if there are changes, we will update you as soon as we can.  Let’s all do our part in reducing the spread so we can get back to normal.  Thanks in advance for your help and understanding.
